How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

You may return new unopened items within 21 days of purchase for a refund.

All faulty returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. Please provide invoice or order number as reference.


RETURN PROCESS

It is suggested that you contact us immediately if any faulty or damaged goods received. To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return form. Attach the filled return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Mobigo reserves the right to cancel a refund upon inspection.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

· Physically damaged goods.

· Liquid damage.

For defective products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note;

· A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

· Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
